ADAPT is an innovative adaptive tourist guide application based on the location, time and user preferences. The application can be used at all stages of the preparation, planning and implementation of a trip.
The user can use the application to prepare and plan the trip and visit to the various points of interest in the best possible way, according to basic information such as opening hours and traffic routes. Furthermore, the user can use the application during the trip as a digital travel guide that will provide navigation information and travel information on the various points of interest as well as how to approach them.
Starting from Thessaloniki, Greece, which was implemented for demo purposes, Adapt will be enriched as time goes by with data from other cities as well.
